Leland Torrence Enterprises are planners and consultants specializing in
furnishing and implementing long term plans for historic properties,
facilities and institutions.
We typically enter into a relationship with an owner by doing a survey of
existing structures and a ten year capital improvement plan.
Our clients generally intend to own their buildings for a minimum of thirty
years and require assistance in fund raising and grant writing.
Prolonging the periods for replacement and extending the useful life cycle
of building systems and elements is our primary mission.
Leland Torrence Enterprises, Inc. monitors and participates in an
international network of preservation knowledge. We study projects all over
the world and benchmark our work, while performing our work in Connecticut
only.
